Kids should engage and enjoy worship. We make it inviting, fun, and friendly while teaching kids about God, our faith, and walking with Jesus.
Classes are divided by age and led by volunteers that prepare age appropriate teaching, worship and fun games designed to teach kids about who God is on their level.
We typically follow a teaching series format that ranges from a week to eight weeks filled with prepared skits, illustrated lessons and videos that help to connect the kids to the “big idea” for the day.
Kid services are very high energy and fun. Our kids have a blast every week!
Our nursery provides child care for infants through two year olds on Sunday mornings. Child care professionals are trained and prepared to welcome your little one and care for them as you worship.
A relevant time for youth that is anything but boring!
Who: Students in 6th – 12th grades.
When: 6:30-8:30 PM on Wednesdays.
Where: The Student Center, located to left side of our Christian school across the street from the main church campus.
What: Before service starts, we have multiple activities in our gym ranging from basketball to foursquare to soccer, as well as hang out in the Student Center playing ping pong, pool, air hockey or video games.
The service begins with a time of live worship (music) followed by applicable teaching designed to connect with each student right where they are. The teaching challenges students to live their lives differently among their peers. We follow up teaching with small groups split up by grade and gender with a dedicated small group leader who facilitates discussion on the teaching and connects with their students throughout the week as well.
Who: young adults 18-30
When: 7:30 PM on Thursdays
Where: the home of Austin & Lindsay Phillips (ministry leaders)
What: A typical service includes a series study from a book in the Bible or a topic that our leaders have prepared. Our time together includes time for prayer request and prayer.
We also do a lot of serving together in the community and at the church (almost all of us are somehow involved in the ministry with music or student/children’s ministry).
Occasionally we spend our evening going out, seeing a movie, or having a game night. To learn more and join us, call Austin Phillips at 864.551.9400.
